Placing An Order
To place an order, go to a product page, select your size or variation, select your quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button. A window will pop up confirming your selection where you can then view your cart, checkout, continue shopping, or view related items.
We're continually adding new products to our store, and give priority to those requested by customers. Please contact us and let us know what you'd like to see available.
If the product you want is out of stock, you can fill out a request to be notified when it comes in. On the product page, find the variation you'd like and click on "Click Here to get 10% Off when it is back in stock!"
Changing Or Cancelling An Order
Please contact us if you would like to cancel or change your order. Once the item is shipped, we can no longer cancel or change your order.
Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, Baxter Boo does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so. We'll get your new order out right away.

Baxter Boo uses Braintree's client-side encryption to secure the transmission of your credit card information from your browser to our credit card processing company. We continually examine our security practices to ensure your information is safe.
Order Confirmation / Order Status
After placing an order you'll receive an order confirmation in your email. This means that we've received your order and are getting ready to pack it up.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email letting you know we've sent it off. This email will include a tracking number so you can track your package.
When Will I Be Charged?
Your card will be charged when your order has shipped.
