How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

Why We Love It: The Herringbone Vest is great for cold days when you need an nice designer coat. The Herringbone Pattern gives it a timeless look where the sherling lining makes it warm. The leash hole allows for a harness/collar to be worn underneath the coat. Also, it is easy to put on and take off with the touch fastener Closure.

I ordered the small for our shih tzu/poodle mix, who is about 7lb. It fits great! We can actually slip it on her without undoing the velcro on her stomach, to avoid catching her hair on the velcro. The herringbone fabric looks great and the inner lining is thick and plush- I don't doubt that it's warm. I was nervous about ordering online but it turned out amazing.

Warm and easy to put on, this is our new favorite for cold weather. The lining is unbelievably soft! The medium fits perfectly on our 11lb chihuahua.

Best online shopping experience. What you see is what you get. Great description, photos, choice of colors, great prices too. Never disappointed except when I order wrong size, but customer service is very helpful. Never had to return anything because of quality. A lot of people stop me and ask where I purchased various items which he loves to show off. Really glad I found BaxterBoo.
