Great shirt, gives peace of mind!

We bought two of these, one for each of our small dogs. The shirts fit well, and the dog that loves clothes loved it, and the one that doesn't like clothes, continued to find ways to try to get out of it, but unsuccessfully. We live in the country and deer walk across our property daily, so the threat for Lyme's disease is very real, and so even though they have on monthly tick treatment, these shirts give us extra peace of mind when they are outside playing.

We bought this as a gift for a dog buddy who loves playing outside. We get so many gnats and insects visiting the yard in the summer, we are hoping he will be protected. Having purchased other Insect Shield shirts previously, we are confident he will also experience the relief our dogs do wearing it. It is lightweight and looks great against his black fur.

Excellent Protection

It is my second year purchasing this lightweight jersey which has a dog-safe product embedded in the fabric that repels mosquitoes, ticks, flies, gnats, etc. This is a second line of protection beyond the oral medication purchased from the vet. The torso and back is almost transparently thin, so it is perfect for hot days when temperatures climb and no heavy cloth would be acceptable. My 5.5 lb Yorkie has never been bitten or suffered from insect infestation.
