Order Status FAQs

To view your order status, log into your BaxterBoo account and go to the Orders section in your dashboard. There, you’ll see real-time updates on processing, shipping, and delivery. Because all orders require an account to check out, your order history is always available and easy to track.

To ship your items as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders immediately after they’re placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. If you need assistance with a return or replacement, our Customer Care team is here to help.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team right away. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item and/or shipping box so we can assist you with a fast, hassle-free replacement.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your BaxterBoo account to view live tracking updates at any time.

If you need to change the shipping address on your order, contact us right away. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn’t entered processing. Once an order is in progress, we’re unable to make changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll process a refund once it arrives back at our facility.

Autoshipment FAQs

At this time, MVP Rewards points cannot be applied to autoshipment orders. To redeem points, you’ll need to place a standard one-time order through your account. We’re always working on expanding our program—stay tuned for future updates!

Managing your autoshipments is easy. Log into your BaxterBoo account and head to the Autoshipments section. There, you can update your next ship date, swap products, adjust quantities, or make changes to your delivery schedule—all with just a few clicks.

Absolutely. You can change how often your autoshipments arrive by going to the Autoshipments tab in your account. Choose the delivery frequency that fits your pet’s needs—whether that’s weekly, monthly, or anywhere in between.

Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel your auto shipment at any time. Just log into your account, visit the Autoshipments section, and select the action you’d like to take. No fees, no hassle—just flexible options to suit your schedule.

Orders & Payments FAQs

To place an order on BaxterBoo.com, log into your account, browse our product categories, and add your favorite items to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout to confirm your shipping info, choose a delivery option, and complete your purchase. Need help? Our Customer Care team is happy to walk you through the process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out using PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster and more secure payment experience.

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is shipped. You may see an authorization on your card when the order is placed. This ensures we can reserve your items and begin processing your order for quick shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment goes through.

To update your saved payment methods, log into your BaxterBoo account and go to Payment Settings. You can add, remove, or update credit cards and payment options there. For active auto shipments, be sure to update the payment method within the Autoshipments section to avoid any disruptions.

MVP FAQs

The MVP Rewards Program is our free loyalty program that lets you earn points on every purchase—no subscription required. As a member, you’ll get access to exclusive discounts, cashback-style rewards, and bonus perks just for shopping with BaxterBoo.

It’s easy! You’re automatically enrolled in the MVP Rewards Program when you create an account and place your first order at BaxterBoo.com. There’s no cost to join, and your points start adding up right away.

Yes! We offer MVP Gold and MVP Elite upgrades that unlock even more benefits—like faster point earnings, exclusive deals, and premium support. You can upgrade through eligible promotions or by reaching specific purchase milestones. Look for upgrade opportunities in your account dashboard or during checkout.

To use your MVP points, simply apply them during checkout on any standard one-time order. You’ll see your available balance and how much you can save. Points can’t be applied to auto shipments, but they can be stacked with eligible discounts for even more savings.

At this time, MVP Rewards points are non-transferable and tied to the account where they were earned. This helps us protect your rewards and ensure secure redemption.

MVP Rewards points expire based on your membership tier. Basic members’ points expire after 90 days, MVP Gold members have 120 days, and MVP Elite members enjoy a full 12 months before points expire. We’ll send you a reminder before your points expire, so you have time to redeem them on your next pet supply order.

You earn MVP points every time you shop at BaxterBoo.com. Points are awarded based on the subtotal of your purchase (excluding shipping and taxes). Members with MVP Gold or Elite status earn bonus points on every order, helping you save even faster.

If you return an item purchased using MVP Rewards points, the points used for that item will be refunded to your account. If only part of the order is returned, you’ll receive a proportional refund in points. Please allow up to 48 hours for your points to reflect after the return is processed.

New Customer Promos FAQs

New here? The $10 MVP reward is our way of saying welcome. Just sign in or create a free account so we can attach rewards to you, then place your first order of $39 or more. Once checkout is complete, we'll automatically add $10 in MVP Rewards to your account—no codes needed. You'll see it on the account page, just look for "Rewards", and you can apply it to a future order right at checkout.

To keep things fair and straightforward, a few basics apply. You'll need to be signed in at checkout so the reward can be issued to the correct account. The $39 minimum is based on merchandise subtotal (taxes, shipping, and gift cards don't count). The offer is limited to one per customer/household, and if a return or cancellation brings your subtotal below $39, the reward will be removed. Full MVP terms and expiration are shown in your Rewards page; duplicate accounts or misuse aren't eligible.

Visit the coupons page to view all current coupons for the month. Eligible items show an Apply coupon button on the product page or in cart. Tap Apply coupon and the discount attaches automatically — no code required.

Yes. Manufacturer coupons can stack in the same order when each applies to its own eligible item(s). Your cart will show each applied discounts.

Our manufacturer coupons refresh on the 1st of each month. If you have a coupon applied, you will need to use it before the end of the month.

  • - The item changed (size/flavor/variant not eligible).

If it's still active and eligible, tap Apply coupon again.

No. While some coupons may mention participating brands, coupons can't be applied to items enrolled in the Frequent Buyer program. You can still use manufacturer coupons on other eligible items in the same order.

No — manufacturer coupons don't apply to Autoship items. If you switch an item to a one-time purchase, eligible coupons can be applied via Apply coupon.

Yes — you can earn and redeem MVP rewards on items with manufacturer coupons when eligible. Your cart will automatically apply allowed savings and show them.

Coupons reduce the item price after eligibility is met. Free-shipping thresholds and other site minimums are computed by site policy; you'll see real-time totals in cart before you pay.

Refunds reflect the discounted price actually paid. If you exchange or reorder, you can apply any current coupon again if the new item is eligible and the offer is still active.

No — BaxterBoo does not offer coupon matching or accept competitor coupons. We only honor promotions that are available on our site (product pages, cart) or on our Coupons page.

Frequent Buyer Program FAQs

Frequent Buyer builds toward a free eligible item on select brands within a 12-month window, no subscription required. Autoship sets up scheduled deliveries with a recurring discount. Choose Frequent Buyer for flexibility and brand rewards; choose Autoship if you want hands-off refills.

Yes — progress is tracked by participating brands. Eligible items from the same brand (different sizes or flavors) typically count the same, as long as they are marked as Frequent Buyer eligible.

Absolutely. Each brand runs its own Frequent Buyer track. You can enroll and earn with multiple brands in parallel and redeem a free eligible item per brand when you qualify.

Your 12-month window starts when you enroll and make your first qualifying purchase for that brand. You can view the exact end date and your progress in your account dashboard.

If a qualifying item is returned or canceled, that purchase will be removed from your progress for that brand. Your account view updates to reflect the change.
