Beautiful Quality Dress but Poor Ring Placement

This dress is absolutely adoreable! It appears to be made well and have double stitching where it matters. The ring for the leash is placed toward the bottom of the dress though making guidance impossible. If it was placed around the collar it would have been perfect! This is a size small on our 7 pound Pomeranian.
