Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
Length
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
Width
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.

The Puppy/Mini Tug
Some of our smaller breeds have a tough time grabbing our thick knotted rope. The Puppy/Mini Tug is designed for dogs under 35lbs. The Tug is the same pole and in-ground base as the original Tether Tug, but with a braided fleece toy to allow for easier grabbing and pulling without hurting delicate teeth.
Small breeds can be prone to hyper-activity and anxiety when not allowed enough exercise, keep them healthy with a great outdoor dog toy!
The Original Tether Tug is a great toy for small to medium sized dogs between 35-65lbs. The toy comes with a 55" Tether Tug pole, an in-ground base that allows the tug to remain firmly in the ground and be removed when needed, and a knotted rope toy with a "quick connector" to allow for easy changing of toys when needed.
The Tether Tug Big is the bigger, stronger sibling of the original Tether Tug. Built with a stronger, thicker core, the Tether Tug Large is designed for dogs between 65-175 lbs and for strong pulling breeds. The Large's knotted rope toy is set higher than the original Tether Tug, but still provides the same level of energetic play as the original. The Large comes with an in-ground base that allows the tug to spin and turn, as well as a quick connector to allow for toy changes.
