The hoodie is a bit long for my Chihuahua's body so it will have to be rolled up for "potty breaks". Otherwise, the garment is of good quality.

You had multiple color choices. It was easy to figure out size. Size chart and measurements. I like discounts and low cost shipping. It was to tell product availability.
I love BaxterBoo. Great customer service. My only complaint is that its often hard to find things big enough for my dog (golden retriever). A lot of their stuff is geared more toward little dogs. When I do find something that comes in a large enough size for my dog, its often sold out in the large sizes.

The XL size was super long, way too long, but fit the dog's neck and chest. That doesn't make sense, but that is not the fault of BaxterBoo. Other sizes were out of stock.

They make it is easy to order, and if you have to return anything, they make that as simple as possible. Your products are awesome and I'm excited to get the hoodies for my dog! I didn't like that my shipping was $4 less than my products. I understand it is a part of it, but $16 shipping on a $20 purchase is a lot! Obviously it wasn't bad enough for me to not purchase though :)

I was very pleased with your site but I think price and description was a little mixed up on two booster seats for dogs. I think it might have been on the large and extra large Tagalong ( a beige plaid). I don't remember exactly but there was something that didn't seem co-ordinated with size and price otherwise great Looking forward to my puppies new items

The website could be more user friendly. I was unable to search for only 2XL T shirts for my dog and when I went to that particular shirt, frequently it indicated "out of stock" for that size. It would be nice to be able to search for items that are readily available.
