Great site for finding clothes for larger dogs!.
The XL size was super long, way too long, but fit the dog's neck and chest. That doesn't make sense, but that is not the fault of BaxterBoo. Other sizes were out of stock.
I wished I had discovered BaxterBoo.com with my first Yorkie. Their line of clothing, sweaters, and jackets for dogs of all sizes and breeds is fantastic. They make it is easy to order, and if you have to return anything, they make that as simple as possible. Not your fault but the sizes for the Fido Fleece are not accurate at all! I measured my dog 4 times before I placed my order so I wouldn't have to return and reorder AND pay additional shipping charges. The fleece was too small and I even ordered what should have been loose on her but was too small.

I enjoy this site a lot, but I don't like that I can't use my baxterbux and a promo code at the same time. I also don't like that I just ordered the Halloween costume when it was 40% off and it was a size too small and now I have to reorder one size up but the price increase by 10$. Thankfully, there is free shipping so I didn't have to pay for that too.

The sizing was very different between the two products I purchased. The sweatshirt fit perfectly, but the tee shirt was very small, and they were both XL size.

I really enjoy the selection of products from this sit. I have two miniature Dachaunds, and finding thing for them to wear has been a little difficult, but Baxterboo has such a great selection that I've been able to find a few gems.

Overall the experience was good! I was disappointed, however, in the number of "sold out" items/sizes. I realize this may be due to the sale they have going on, however was frustrated a few times when I exhausted all of the possible toy choices only to conclude that my dogs' size was completely out of stock.
1st time purchase but had exactly what I wanted. 2 products were on back order but was nice that they were taking 10% off when it comes in and will notify me. So far so good! Prices are terrific!
I only order from BaxterBoo when items are on sale, as the price of item plus shipping is more than I can justify spending--just to put Piper in a new and different cute harness. Very often the color, style, size I need is not available and that is frustrating. BaxterBoo is an excellent company, providing outstanding customer service, and very quick shipping. The two times I had to return item (wrong size), everything went smoothly...I think Baxter Boo is just great, just a little pricey!! Thank you for providing my Piper with safe and cute harnesses!
