Excellent customer service. One of my items that was supposed to be in stock wasn’t. I got a lovely phone call from a young lady on a Saturday (!!!) to apologize and let me know. I told them it was ok to substitute a different color as long as it was the same size. Got my order today, only one of four items was a substitute color, all correct size. I truly appreciated a phone call instead of email because I rarely check my emails on weekends. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 20 years, so that was a nice touch in this day and age.
